لأن Barg Pro منتج رقمي ويُصدر مفتاح التفعيل مباشرة بعد اكتمال الدفع، يتم تقييم طلبات الاسترجاع بشكل فردي.
متى تطلب الاسترجاع؟
- إذا تم خصم المبلغ ولم يتم إنشاء مفتاح أو تعذر استرجاعه.
- إذا حدث دفع مكرر موثق.
- إذا تعذر التفعيل بسبب خلل من خدمة Barg ولم يتم حل المشكلة بعد التواصل مع الدعم.
حالات لا يشملها الاسترجاع عادةً
- تغيير الرأي بعد استلام واستخدام المفتاح.
- مشاركة المفتاح أو إساءة استخدامه.
- مشكلات يمكن حلها بإعادة ضبط التفعيل أو الدعم الفني.

Because Barg Pro is a digital product and the license is issued immediately after payment, refund requests are reviewed case by case.
When to request a refund
- You were charged but no license was issued or recoverable.
- A documented duplicate payment occurred.
- Activation failed because of a Barg service issue that support could not resolve.
Normally not covered
- Change of mind after receiving and using the license.
- License sharing or abuse.
- Issues that can be resolved through activation reset or technical support.
